The Weekend Package includes barn staffing relative to the standard event or wedding set-up & clean-up, tables, chairs, transitions, and the Site Services described below. The normal time period included in Weekend Package runs from noon - 10:00pm on Friday, Saturday 9:00am - 12:00am, and clean up on Sunday from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Anything beyond these times is billed at $150.00 per hour.

The time period included in the One Day Event Package is from 8:00am - 11:00pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Anything beyond these times is billed at $150.00 per Hour.

All personal items must be taken the day of the event.

The Hourly Package includes set-up, tables, chairs, along with  the Site Services described below.  There is a minimum of a 5 hour purchase for the Hourly Package, the total would be $875.oo plus tax for 5 Hours. This is typically designed for special parties, prom, anniversaries, graduations, and not for a wedding event. 

ALL PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  VENUE MUST BE CLEANED ENTIRELY. There is an additional fee of $100.00 for sewer pumping on the day of the event.
Anything beyond the 5 hours is billed at $185.00 per Hour.
